The Public Announcement
for Lifting Restrictions on the Change of Ownership and
Cancellation of the Status of Pre-registrations for .TW
English Second Level Domain Names

TWNIC shall notify the applicant of
first priority to pay the related fees to their registrar
specified at the time of application. The payment
must be made within 7 days after receiving the notification.
If the applicant of first priority does not complete
registration by paying the related fees, its priority
right shall be cancelled, and then TWNIC shall notify
the applicant of the next priority to complete registration
by paying the related fees. The period for such payment
is 7 days for each applicant. If all the applicants
listed on the announcement publicized by TWNIC of
a certain Domain Name do not complete registration
by paying related fees, TWNIC shall cancel the status
of pre-registration and then release those Domain
Names to the public for first come, first serve registration
on February 13, 2006 at noon (Taiwan's Time Zone). |

The restrictions that prevent the change of ownership
for all pre-registered .tw second level domain names
will be lifted on February 13, 2006 at noon (Taiwan's
Time Zone).
